Courtney Galvan

Client Service Specialist

As a BCWM Client Service Specialist, Courtney Galvan establishes and maintains client and custodian account documentation. Her responsibilities include a wide range of tasks, including asset transfers, coordinating clients’ wealth management reviews, and assisting clients with charitable donations. She works closely with the firm’s Wealth Advisors to support and complete clients’ requests.

In assistance to the Portfolio Management team, she starts her day before the market opens, performing a vital function in reconciling custodial transactions and positions within our portfolio management system.

Courtney is also a member of BCWM’s Marketing Team. Here, she applies her creativity to the designing of branded content and maintaining the firm’s website and social platforms.

Courtney earned a B.S. in Marketing at Northwest Missouri State University, and before joining BCWM she worked as Marketing Coordinator at True Fitness in St. Louis.
