Managing Partner and Chief Compliance Officer

Brian Hackleman’s primary responsibility at BCWM is to ensure that the firm is in compliance — legally, ethically, procedurally, and structurally — with SEC and governmental regulations as well as the firm’s own strict morals and values.

As a Managing Partner in the firm, Brian is an integral part of creating and implementing long-term strategies for BCWM.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry, Brian has the know-how to keep BCWM compliant with the rules and regulations of marketing and portfolio management. He reviews all the firm’s advertising, marketing, and public-relations methods to verify that they meet required regulatory standards and that they convey our clear, ethical structure to investors. He contributes significantly to the operations of the Portfolio Management team, overseeing all trading activity.

Brian earned a B.A. from the University of Kansas in Communication Studies.
